It's not surprising that diabetes, cardiovascular diasease and childhood obesity are skyrocketing here in KSA. They have, unfortunately, decided to import the very worst of western diets including some really horrible American fast food restaurants such as Chili's, Pizza Hut, TGIF's, Tony Roma's and many others.
