Not too much to post this morning. The eyes are puffy and the head has a minor thump going on, but it was worth the night out of KSA.

We went over to Bahrain for some retail therapy and the finished the evening with a meal and bottle of wine at Zoe, in the diplomatic area of Manama in Bahrain. Lovely meal and service.
I'd venture so far as to say the best meal and service I've had in the Middle East in terms all the elements being in place.
Molecular gastronomy? No, but good food, nice amuse bouche, lovely bottle of wine and three desserts served gratis by our waiter, Prince.
